To clarify our level of support for each TCG, we’ve defined 4 tiers which correspond to the available features and stability of the game across mobile, web and the CardBot.
Initial support for a new game on the platform will start on the Beta tier, and move up to Tier 1 as improvements are made.

It is possible that new bugs will pop up once a game is in Tier 3 and new features are being released.

Beta
Initial release of game support. A game in Beta means that support has very recently been added. Typically we start with basic CardBot support to assist TCG sellers manage backlogs and throughput. In Beta, you can expect to be able to:

Scan Cards (accuracy may be lower than ideal)

Audit Sessions in the Staging Area
Export in TCGplayer and BinderPOS Formats
As with all Betas, there are likely to be bugs or missing features. We will work with engaged customers to lift our support to Tier 3.
