To clarify our level of support for each TCG, we’ve defined 4 tiers which correspond to the available features and stability of the game across mobile, web and the CardBot.

Initial support for a new game on the platform will start on the Beta tier, and move up to Tier 1 as improvements are made.

Click on the subtitles below to read details on which features are available at each tier.

Tier 1

Full feature support across the platform. At Tier 1, you can expect all of the features from previous tiers plus:

CardBot

  • Sift by Card Lists

Web/Mobile

  • Full range of inventory management features

    • Deckbuilding

    • Tagging

    • Card Lists

    • Statistics

    • Public Collections

Tier 2

Advanced recognition and inventory features. At Tier 2, you can expect all of the features from Beta and Tier 3 plus:

CardBot

  • Set & Variant Detection

  • Extended Sifting Functionality (excluding Card List filtering)

Web

  • Commit to Inventory

  • Basic Inventory Management

    • Browsing

    • Sorting

    • Filtering

  • Import from Third-Party Services

Mobile

  • Scanning Functionality

  • Basic Inventory Management

    • Browsing

    • Sorting

    • Filtering

Tier 3

Stable recognition and game-specific support. At Tier 3, you can expect everything from Beta plus:

CardBot

  • Improved Recognition Accuracy

Web

  • Stability Improvements

  • Game-specific Filters (eg. support for specific finishes)

  • Full Range of Export Options

It is possible that new bugs will pop up once a game is in Tier 3 and new features are being released.

Beta

Initial release of game support. A game in Beta means that support has very recently been added. Typically we start with basic CardBot support to assist TCG sellers manage backlogs and throughput. In Beta, you can expect to be able to:

CardBot

  • Scan Cards (accuracy may be lower than ideal)

  • Sift by Price

Web

  • Audit Sessions in the Staging Area

  • Export in TCGplayer and BinderPOS Formats

As with all Betas, there are likely to be bugs or missing features. We will work with engaged customers to lift our support to Tier 3.
