A recent update has changed how cards are displayed and processed in the Staging Area. It's called Card Sessions.

Card Sessions breaks up cards in the Staging Area into groups based on how and when the cards were added. Each of these groups is a Session. For example, if you scan some cards with a CardBot, those cards will be displayed in a particular Session. If you imported some cards while the CardBot was scanning, the imported cards would be added to a separate Session.

Each Session can then be processed (edited, tagged, and added to your collection) separately. In the example above, imagine that the cards being scanned with the CardBot are bulk cards and the import was a deck of cards. You might then want to tag the cards from the CardBot with #bulk and the imported cards with #deck - having each set of cards in separate Sessions allows you to do that.

To navigate between Sessions, click the Previous or Next buttons. You can search for a particular Session using the search bar in the top left corner of the screen when you're in the Staging Area. You can also filter the displayed sessions by the source (whether cards came from a CardBot scan, an import, were manually added etc).

To add cards from a Session into your collection, click the "Commit to Collection" button for the relevant Session. Before the cards are added, a window will appear where you can add tags to cards from that Session.

To export a Session (only accessible to Merchant accounts), click the "Other Actions" button for the relevant Session. Then, select the format you need and click Send. The file will be emailed to you.

To remove a specific card from a Session, click the "X" button on the right of the cards (you may need to scroll across to see the X). To remove all cards from a Session, click the "Delete" button.

You can also search for particular cards that may be in a Session using the search bar in the top left of that Session's window.

You can change how the cards in a Session are sorted and grouped. To change the sorting, select from the drop down menu titled "Sort By". To change the grouping, select from the drop down menu titled "Group By". By default, sorting is set to Date Added (Newest) so the last card added is the card at the top of the Session, and grouping is set to None so each card is displayed individually.

You can also take actions on all cards from all Sessions at once. The "+ Commit All" allows you to tag and add all Sessions to your collection. The "+ Clear All" button allows you to delete all Sessions.
