CardCastle's return/refund policy for CardBots.

We strive to provide the best possible experience to our customers. If the CardBot is still not a good fit for your store, we do offer a 30-day money back return policy. In order to qualify for our money back policy, the request must be made within 30 days after receiving the bot and you must have completed two onboarding sessions with one of our team.

Should you encounter any critical issues with your CardBot, you can submit a Support Ticket. If our technicians review your submission and find your unit needs to be repaired by us, we will respond with the tracking number for your replacement. Otherwise, we'll reach out to schedule a call and get your CardBot back online!
