You can use the artwork of a card in a deck as cover art for that deck.

To set the cover art for a deck, go to the Details page for that deck and find the card that you want to use the artwork from.

Hover over that card with your mouse, then click the button in the bottom right hand corner. "Set as cover art" will appear on the card when you hover over the button.
